"We have been clients of state farm for over 30 years. Brad Tucker and his staff give a 110 percent to assure any questions , concerns, or claims are handled in a timely and professional manner. We have home, life, and multiple vehicles covered with State Farm. Claims have always been given their utmost attention and usually on the same day of filing. We have only experienced a few vehicle claims, but all were taken care of with no issues. Our biggest claim was a house fire. Brad Tucker was at our home the day of the fire, starting the claim process. We were given a check, the same day, to cover some immediate necessities. The entire process from fire to moving back in, took less than 6 months. It wouldn’t have been possible if the attention that was given to our emergency wasn’t taken with the urgency from Brad Tucker and the State Farm company.
